Universidad de Aalto y la UPAO diseñan prototipo de vivienda contra las heladas
Los bosques de
pino darán vida al prototipo de vivienda que diseñarán la Universidad Privada
Antenor Orrego (UPAO) y la Universidad Aalto (Finlandia) para combatir el problema
de las heladas en Chugay. Así lo confirmaron los arquitectos extranjeros en su visita
de campo al caserío de San Juan Bajo.
Los arquitectos Pekka Heikkinen y
Laura Zubillaga, representantes de la Universidad Aalto, llegaron especialmente
desde Helsinki para unirse con sus homólogos
orreguianos y finiquitar acciones que
contribuyan con la solución de este problema social que afecta a la población
andina de La Libertad, en especial los caseríos de Chugay (Sánchez Carrión-La
Libertad)
La comitiva fue recibida en la comuna de Chugay por el regidor Martin Ballena Cruz y el gerente municipal Adriano Montoya Cotrina, quienes recibieron un importante donativo consistente en material bibliográfico del Fondo Editorial UPAO, como preámbulo al objetivo principal de la visita.
Además, el
proyecto de colaboración internacional comprende un modelo de caserío rural
sostenible, a partir de la planificación de una nueva zona residencial, que será un proyecto de demostración nacional de
cómo se puede combinar el desarrollo de viviendas rurales sostenibles con una
forestación ambiciosa, una mayor biodiversidad y un recurso circular.
La delegación viajera nuevamente
fue lideran el vicerrector académico de la UPAO, el doctor Luis Cerna Bazán y
el decano de la Facultad de Arquitectura, Urbanismo y
Artes, el doctor Roberto Saldaña Milla.
“Terminado el prototipo de la vivienda, la
UPAO gestionará ante el Sistema de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo del
Perú el financiamiento y pondrá a disposición de las autoridades regionales
este aporte para contrarrestar las heladas en las localidades andinas de La
