En mayo, realizará una campaña de despistaje de cáncer de cuello uterino.
La salud primero. Una campaña de despistaje de cáncer de cuello uterino realizará el Establecimiento de Salud UPAO-Florencia de Mora, durante el mes de mamá. Esta actividad se realizará de lunes a sábado, desde el jueves 2 de mayo, de 8:00 a. m. a 8:00 p. m.
La campaña incluye la toma de prueba de Papanicolau, examen clínico de mamas y consulta obstétrica. Los requisitos para participar en esta campaña son no estar en el periodo de menstruación ni haberse aplicado cremas ni óvulos vaginales al menos tres días antes del examen médico.
Asimismo, es necesario no haber tenido relaciones sexuales al menos 72 horas antes de la evaluación médica y tener entre 18 y 65 años de edad.
Además, las obstetras continúan con sus sesiones de orientación en educación sexual y reproductiva, estimulación prenatal, consejería sobre enfermedades de transmisión sexual y test no estresante para gestantes (prueba NST).
La prueba sin estrés para mujeres embarazadas es segura y no invasiva. Es decir, no se corta la piel ni se ingresa a ninguna parte del cuerpo; solo se mide la frecuencia cardíaca del feto mientras el bebé se mueve en el útero.
ALIMENTACIÓN Y VIDA SALDABLE
Recientemente, el Establecimiento de Salud UPAO-Florencia de Mora desarrolló una charla educativa por el Día Mundial de la Actividad Física, a cargo del servicio de nutrición con la participación del servicio de psicología.
El servicio de nutrición
ofrece a los pacientes una dieta personalizada y guía alimentaria para
