Programa de Psicología ejecuta talleres para fortalecer habilidades sociales en el hogar
Mejor comunicación. Para promover en las familias relaciones afectivas y saludables, el Programa de Estudio de Psicología de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego (UPAO) ejecuta el taller conectando corazones: estrategias para mejorar las relaciones y la autoafirmación en los hijos, en Alto Trujillo.
Esta actividad forma parte del proyecto Nuestro buen desarrollo personal nos permite convivir saludable, que ejecuta conjuntamente con el Programa de Estudio de Educación Inicial, en cinco instituciones educativas de Alto Trujillo.
Los fututos psicólogos orreguianos realizan talleres con los padres de familia para afianzar las habilidades sociales y mejorar la comunicación en el hogar. Además, enfatizan que el niño aprende hábitos e imita comportamientos a partir de los ejemplos o actitudes que observa en casa, donde papá y mamá son los referentes.
En la institución educativa Rayitos de Sol y Arena se realizó recientemente el taller. Los padres participaron mucha motivación e interés por aprender y mejorar sus habilidades sociales. A través de una dinámica grupal manifestaron, por ejemplo, cómo involucrar a los niños en la convivencia familiar.
Asimismo, reflexionaron sobre cuánto conocen a sus hijos y la necesidad de ayudarlos a descubrir sus gustos por las ciencias, el deporte, la pintura o la danza, entre otras disciplinas. Una de las estrategias es acompañarlos en ese proceso.
Finalmente, los estudiantes del último ciclo de Psicología de la UPAO, recomendaron enseñar a sus hijos a expresar sus emociones y mostrar seguridad. Que el comportamiento que demuestran en casa sea el mismo en el centro de estudios y evitar tener dos formas de relacionarse con su entorno. (APB-PRENSA UPAO)
