Hospital Walter Cruz Vilca, administrado vía convenio, realiza campaña de salud.
Más vale prevenir que lamentar. Una campaña de salud preventiva realizó el hospital Walter Cruz Vilca, que administra la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego (UPAO) vía convenio con el Gobierno Regional, en Villa Hermosa (Miramar).
Se brindaron los servicios de obstetricia, psicología, nutrición, inmunizaciones y servicio social, en colaboración con la Oficina Regional de Atención a la Persona con Discapacidad (Oredis) de la Gerencia de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social. La campaña convocó a todas las familias de la zona.
Como es de conocimiento público, el hospital Walter Cruz Vilca, cuya administración asumió la UPAO hace 16 años, ha contribuido a mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias de Miramar y los alrededores.
“Contamos con más especialidades médicas para atender a niños, jóvenes, adultos, adultos mayores y, en especial, a las madres gestantes, porque nuestro compromiso es garantizar un embarazo saludable y, en consecuencia, el nacimiento de un niño saludable, para una infancia satisfactoria”, destaca el director del hospital, el médico cirujano Juan Olórtegui Risco.
Del 20 al 27 se realizará
la semana de la vacunación en Las Américas contra la hepatitis, la COVID-19, la
influenza, el neumococo, la difteria y tétatos y el virus del papiloma humano. (APB-PRENSA UPAO)
