Precisa el doctor Raúl Lozano, en la presentación de su libro Comentarios Nuevo Código Procesal Constitucional.
“Esta obra académica ha sido editada y pensada en los estudiantes, como un aporte para mejorar su formación académica, con esquemas y diseños prácticos que permitan su aplicación en el ejercicio profesional, así como un código QR para descargarlo en su móvil”, enfatizó el decano de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego (UPAO), el doctor Raúl Lozano Peralta, en la presentación de su libro Comentarios Nuevo Código Procesal Constitucional.
Este libro, un producto académico del Fondo Editorial de la UPAO, fue comentado por el presidente de la Asociación Mundial de Justicia Constitucional, el doctor Patricio Alejandro Maraniello (Argentina), y el magistrado del Tribunal Constitucional, el doctor Gustavo Gutiérrez Ticse. Asimismo, intervino el doctor Marco Carbajal Carbajal, con la lectura de una semblanza del doctor Lozano Peralta. La presentación de la ceremonia la realizó el director del Programa de Estudios de Derecho, el maestro Carlos Castañeda Ferradas.
“La obra recoge lo importante que son para una sociedad democrática el respecto a los derechos humanos, principalmente la libertad y la dignidad, entre otros derechos fundamentales. Les agradezco su presencia, especialmente de los estudiantes porque son la inspiración para seguir produciendo, lo que conocemos coloquialmente como hijos académicos; y esta es mi tercera publicación”, precisó el autor del libro.
Durante su participación, el magistrado Gutiérrez Ticse elogió el trabajo interpretativo del doctor Lozano Peralta, el que lo convierte en uno de los nuevos referentes del derecho constitucional en la macrorregión norte de país, siguiendo el camino de los maestros Sigifredo Orbegoso Venegas (fallecido) y Víctor Julio Ortecho Villena.
A la cita académica, realizada en el campus universitario, asistieron las autoridades oreguianas, como la rectora, la doctora Yolanda Peralta Chávez, los vicerrectores, decanos, docentes y estudiantes. (APB-PRENSA UPAO)
