Alcanza el máximo puntaje, de 17.7, en el examen nacional de la Aspefo para el Serums.
La cirujana dentista de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego (UPAO) Valeria Silva Dávalos obtuvo el primer lugar en el examen nacional de conocimiento que administra la Asociación Peruana de Facultades de Odontología (Aspefo), válido para el Servicio Rural y Urbano Marginal de Salud (Serums) 2023.
“Fueron 200 preguntas de diversas asignaturas estudiadas durante el pregrado. Afortunadamente, obtuve el primer puesto a nivel nacional y, en consecuencia, logré acceder con el mayor puntaje (17.7) al (Serums), el cual debo iniciar el 12 de junio en el centro de salud de Baños del Inca, en Cajamarca”, indica, emocionada, la egresada del Programa de Estudio de Estomatología.
Valeria Silva, natural de Cajamarca, manifiesta que los conocimientos adquiridos en las aulas orreguianas han contribuido mucho con el resultado que obtuvo en el examen nacional, pero, sobre todo, destaca la motivación y pasión que le transmitieron sus docentes para luchar por sus sueños.
“Mi labor en el Serums será de prevención y tratamiento
de las patologías orales o enfermedades de la boca. Hay mucho por hacer en
salud preventiva en los niños, especialmente, para disminuir los casos de
caries y otros. Mantener una buena salud bucodental ayuda a prevenir
