Desarrollo conversatorio para trazar áreas científicas acordes con la realidad regional
La Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego (UPAO) se prepara para actualizar sus
líneas de investigación institucional, en un proceso que se inició con un
conversatorio desarrollado con la participación de agentes especialistas en
estas actividades científicas.
El doctor Julio Chang Lam, vicerrector de investigación de la UPAO, destacó
la importancia del conversatorio, no solo por la calidad de los expositores
sino, también, por la incidencia que tuvo en el delineamiento de las áreas de
la realidad regional que ofrecen una serie de campos de investigación en aras
del desarrollo sostenible.
Uno de los destacados expositores externos invitados fue el economista
Ángel Polo Campos, gerente del Centro de Planeamiento Estratégico Regional
(Cerplan), cuya disertación abordó el tema Plan
de Desarrollo Regional Concertado 2023-2033.
El reconocido profesional expuso toda una gama de conocimientos de la
realidad regional y su proyección a diez años en áreas específicas que
necesitan de investigación sobre temas de desarrollo académico vinculados con la
empresa y la producción.
La arquitecta Guadalupe Vergaray Escobar, representante de la Cooperación
Alemana de Desarrollo, tuvo a su cargo el tema Implementación de la movilidad urbana sostenible en ciudades
intermedias, área importante respecto del ordenamiento urbano y el cuidado
del medio ambiente.
De los expositores orreguianos sobresalen la doctora Ofelia Córdova Paz
Soldán, con un tema vinculado al sector salud; el coordinador del área de
Formación Académica de Oficina de Responsabilidad Social Universitaria, el
docente David Pérez Meléndez; y el coordinador de innovación y transferencia
tecnológica de la Oficina de Innovación y Emprendimiento, el ingeniero Daniel
Zamudio Vejarano.
También participaron la doctora Lucía Boggiano Burga, especialista en formación para la investigación; y el Ms. Juan Camino Garcés, administrador de proyectos de la Oficina de Investigación, Ciencia y Tecnología de la UPAO, organizadora del evento. (CGG/APB-PRENSA UPAO)
