La FAUA de la UPAO premia a los ganadores del concurso de “Intervención y propuesta de equipamiento cultural-recreativo”
Creatividad y originalidad. El equipo Las Urbanistas ganó el maratón de diseño “Intervención y propuesta de equipamiento cultural-recreativa”, en el marco de la Semana de la Arquitectura, en la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego (UPAO).
El desafió para la comunidad estudiantil de la Facultad de Arquitectura, Urbanismo y Artes (FAUA) consistió en desarrollar una propuesta para intervenir el sector donde se ubican los terrenos del exterminal Santa Cruz y ex-Floresta, que incluya una propuesta de equipamiento cultural recreativo a nivel de imagen arquitectónica.
Conformaron el equipo Las Urbanitas las estudiantes Fátima López, María Alejandra Mendoza, Gina Recalde, Pamela Mondragón, Karen Muñoz y Flavia Sánchez. El segundo puesto fue para el equipo Le Corbusier, integrado por Ray Alemán, Vania Campos, Diana Gejaño, Cindy Alarcón, Paula Ríos y Paolo de la Cruz.
“Para esta edición el formato del maratón cambió. Antes, los participantes se amanecían diseñando, empezaban por la noche y terminaban al día siguiente; ahora, es bajo la modalidad full day, de 7:00 a. m. a 7:00 p. m., en las instalaciones de nuestra facultad, con la supervisión del comité organizador”, comenta la directora del Programa de Estudio de Arquitectura, la maestra Rosario Arellano Bados.
La autoridad académica
agregó que, según las bases del concurso, podían participar estudiantes de
talleres intermedios y altos, con un número máximo de seis integrantes por
equipo. Los premios fueron de 1200 y 900 soles para el primer y segundo puesto,
