Señala arquitecta Beberly Enríquez, en jornada académica de la FAUA UPAO
El rol del arquitecto en la época actual es muy valioso e inmenso frente a los problemas que atraviesa la sociedad, y es necesario que estos profesionales se involucren y relacionen con la comunidad para proyectar aportes arquitectónicos desde sus propios conocimientos de la realidad.
Esa fue la postura de la arquitecta Beberly Enríquez Tejada, en su disertación sobre “El arquitecto en relación con su comunidad”, ofrecida en un acto académico-protocolar con motivo del Día del Arquitecto, que convocó la Facultad de Arquitectura, Urbanismo y Artes (FAUA) de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego (UPAO).
“Debemos innovar o presentar nuevas
propuestas adaptándolas a la problemática de nuestra realidad, como viviendas
inteligentes o ecoamigables, y proponer nuevas ordenanzas a los municipios para
el crecimiento más ordenado y dinámico de las ciudades”, dijo.
Desde la academia, propuso que los
docentes deben influir en sus estudiantes para potenciar los valores de ética,
que no solo piensen en la moda sino en el impacto que van a generar sus diseños
en la sociedad y sus habitantes.
“En nuestra realidad nos hemos
acostumbrado a la superficialidad porque todas las tendencias nos han marcado a
los arquitectos a estar pegados a la moda, y creo que no debemos involucionar
desde la propia perspectiva, retroceder a la sencillez de nuestra esencia y a
la naturaleza, para no imponernos a ella sino preservarla”, añadió.
Además, aseguró que existe una realidad de
consumismo que nos abruma, mientras que la corrupción nos limita y pone trabas
a las corrientes que privilegian el cambio de nuestras formas de vida, y
destacó que, frente a eso, es importante el rol que debe cumplir un profesional
y la ética personal del arquitecto.
RECONOCIMIENTOS
En esa misma actividad, la facultad y el
programa de estudio programaron el justo reconocimiento a los profesores de sus
campus de Trujillo y Piura que alcanzaron los más altos puntajes en la
evaluación docente correspondiente al ejercicio académico 2023.
Asimismo, se brindó un emotivo homenaje a la arquitecta Diana Turoni Sisti por su brillante trayectoria de más de 20 años como educadora de la facultad, y los incontables pergaminos profesionales y personales que la adornan.(CGG/APB-PRENSA UPAO)
