Formaron equipo con estudiantes de la Universidad de Piura
Un estudiante y un egresado de la Escuela Profesional de Derecho de la
Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego en Piura lograron el primer lugar en el
concurso internacional sobre libre competencia E-Moot 2021.
Gean Marco Bruno Miranda y Diego Alonso Ruiz Morante conformaron el equipo
22, compartido con las alumnas de Economía de la Universidad de Piura Adriana
Aracely Bravo Espinoza, Daniela Judith Espinoza Fernández y Evelin Karina
Castro Arizola.
Durante el desarrollo del certamen, los jóvenes tuvieron que superar etapas
de competencia de alta complejidad sobre controversia en el mercado de servicios
notariales. Ellos debían ejercer denuncias y defensas en un colegio de notarios
de un país ficticio.
Los integrantes del equipo también debieron establecer estrategias al
tratar los casos propuestos por los organizadores, a fin de enviar memoriales
de demandas y memoriales de respuestas, así como ejercitar la defensa oral en
las siete etapas que transcurrieron desde el inicio hasta la final.
El equipo de orreguianos y udepistas demostraron altos índices de
eficiencia en el conocimiento del caso sobre legislación internacional, aplomo
y excelente argumentación oral, capacidad de análisis, entre otras competencias,
frente a un jurado calificador integrado por connotados profesionales de nivel
internacional.
El nivel de suficiencia de los estudiantes fue de tal magnitud que, además
de conseguir el premio por el primer lugar de la competencia, fueron
reconocidos por haber protagonizado el mejor interrogatorio. También ganaron el
segundo lugar en memorial de denuncia y el tercer lugar en el ranking de
los mejores oradores.
En el concurso, promovido por la prestigiosa firma de abogados Bullar,
Falla & Ezcurra y la Universidad del Pacífico, participaron representantes
de las más renombradas instituciones universitarias nacionales y del extranjero.
