Los estudiantes y docentes de Administración capacitaron a microempresarios para asegurar el éxito de sus negocios
Como parte de
sus actividades de responsabilidad social universitaria, el Programa de Estudio
de Administración de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego (UPAO) realizó una
importante capacitación a pequeños y microempresarios de la región Piura.
A través de la
charla “Estructura de capital. Financiamiento para las mypes de la región”, los
estudiantes orreguianos, docentes y especialistas en finanzas expusieron todo
lo referente al manejo de capital y recursos. En ese sentido, el empresariado
recibió informes de asesorías en diseño organizacional, consultoría empresarial
y planeamiento estratégico que asegure el éxito de sus productos o servicios.
Los ponentes especialistas
fueron los magísteres Fernando Reyes Peña, Freddy Sarmiento Betancourt, Luis
Viteri Vértiz y Nilton Otiniano Velarde. Ellos destacaron la importancia de las
microempresas como fabricantes, proveedoras de servicios y minoristas que
constituyen una parte integral de la economía, ya que no solo generan empleos,
sino que contribuyen al crecimiento económico de la región.
