El exitoso evento finalizó con la entrega de premios a los ganadores del concurso de proyectos
Con un rotundo éxito culminó la VI Feria
de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación 2023 de la Universidad Privada Antenor
Orrego (UPAO), cuyos estands fueron visitados por más de 8000 estudiantes de
los distintos centros educativos de nivel secundario de Trujillo.
Las actividades científicas y académicas
se desarrollaron en el campus Trujillo, con 80 estands distribuidos
estratégicamente en las áreas de ciencias básicas y naturales; ingeniería,
tecnología y medio ambiente.
También se dispusieron estands para las
áreas de ciencias agrarias, ciencias de la salud; ciencias sociales y
humanidades, así como de Posgrado y el Laboratorio de Investigación
Multidisciplinaria LABINM Robótica.
El programa contempló la conferencia
“Creatividad e innovación para un futuro sostenible”, a cargo del Ms. Jorge
Egúsquiza Gorritti, docente investigator del TEC de Monterrey, México. También
expuso el doctor Sixto Prado Gardini, investigador principal de Prociencia, con
el tema “Desarrollos tecnológicos con inteligencia artificial”.
El vicerrector de investigación, el doctor
Julio Chang Lam, destacó la importancia que la Universidad ofrece al desarrollo
científico y la creación de conocimientos, al punto de que instancias
promotoras de investigación, como el Concytec, haya convocado a la UPAO para un
evento al que solo un selecto grupo de instituciones investigadoras han sido
invitadas.
En la jornada de clausura, se procedió a
la entrega de reconocimientos a los ganadores del concurso de proyectos de
investigación, que expusieron sus trabajos durante el desarrollo de la feria.
El ganador fue el trabajo “Obtención de papel a partir de residuos orgánicos”,
en el área de ciencias básicas y naturales, que tuvo al Mg. Guillermo León
Aponte, como responsable, y a Víctor Medina Gavidia, como expositor.
En el área de ciencias agrarias, el
proyecto ganador fue “Efecto de aceites esenciales en el control biológico de
ácaros citófagos en palto”, con el Dr. Juan Carlos Cabrera La Rosa, como
responsable, y Elvis Alexander Rodríguez Díaz¸ como expositor.
“Proyecto en el desarrollo de un
aplicativo para la automatización y gestión de pedidos en el restaurante
Campiña de Moche” fue el ganador en el área de ciencias sociales. En este caso,
sus integrantes fueron Juan Manuel Granda Fernández (responsable), Fernando
Caspito Acosta, Sebastián Cenas García, Milagros Honorio Guzmán y Nicoll Rojas
Cueva (expositores).
En el área de ingeniería y tecnología ganó
el proyecto “Maqueta de presa de tierra”, con el Ing. Steeck Luján Castro como
responsable y Álvaro Cabeza Herrera como expositor.
El proyecto ganador en el área de ciencias
de la salud fue “Severidad de caries y su impacto en la calidad de vida
relacionada con la salud bucal en preescolares”, a cargo de la Dra. Tammy
Honores Solano y su expositora María Olenka García Infantes.
