Dijo el especialista en políticas educativas Paúl Neira, durante su destacada disertación por el Día del Docente Orreguiano.
“El
docente es un constante aprendiz del conocimiento, conjuntamente con sus estudiantes.
Todos los días aparecen nuevos aportes que este debe estudiarlos y compartirlos
de manera concisa, según las necesidades de los estudiantes”, comentó el
especialista en políticas educativas y fundador de la consultora The Learning
Factor, el maestro Paúl Neira del Ben, en la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego
(UPAO).
La
conferencia, denominada “Consistencia y coherencia: claves para enfrentar la
excelencia académica”, se desarrolló con ocasión de la ceremonia de homenaje y
reconocimiento al maestro universitario, en el Teatro Víctor Raúl Lozano
Ibáñez, presidida por la rectora y promotora fundadora de la UPAO, la doctora
Yolanda Peralta Chávez.
“Ante
el continuo proceso de evolución y actualización del conocimiento, somos
nosotros, los docentes, los primeros en entenderlo para luego explicarlo de la
manera más sencilla, de acuerdo con los intereses académicos y de formación
profesional de los estudiantes”, añadió Neira del Ben.
El
homenaje al docente también incluyó el saludo de la comunidad estudiantil, a
cargo de María del Carmen Mantilla Ortecho, estudiante del Programa de
Estomatología. Asimismo, se reconoció el mérito, con medalla y diploma, de los
profesores que alcanzaron, recientemente, el grado académico de doctor.
