El elenco de teatro orreguiano estrenó “Seis personajes en busca de un autor”, en el Teatro Víctor Raúl Lozano Ibáñez
La vida puede resultar un drama, una comedia o una tragedia. Cada ser humano elige si la suya es una de ellas o las tres cosas a la vez, como en Seis personajes en busca de un autor, obra que puso en escena el elenco de teatro de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego (UPAO), en el Teatro Víctor Raúl Lozano Ibáñez.
La obra narra una historia que se refleja en la vida actual. Es el drama de una familia en que la hija se dedica a la prostitución para mantener a su madre y hermanos. Al final, muere la hermana menor, ahogada en una fuente, y el hermano se suicida de un disparo.
Esta historia se inicia cuando un grupo de actores y actrices empieza a ensayar un musical y, de pronto aparecen seis personajes, quienes buscaban a un autor para terminar la creación que se había iniciado. Estos personajes extraños empiezan a revivir su historia, la cual le resulta interesante a la directora; así empiezan una serie de diálogos, discusiones y burlas.
Para el director del elenco de la UPAO, el maestro Francisco “Packo” Tello, la puesta en escena presenta la crisis de identidad de actores con estereotipos menos reales. Además, expone una versión en la que el teatro busca criticar su artificialidad, burlándose de sus convenciones y de su propia obra.
