Estudiantes se afianzan en habilidades blandas para enfrentar un nuevo desafío
Con la finalidad de fortalecer la
participación de sus representantes en la vigésimo novena edición del CADE
Universitario 2024, la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego (UPAO) capacitará a
29 estudiantes seleccionados por mérito académico de sus campus de Piura y
Trujillo. El evento es organizado por IPAE
Acción Empresarial del 26 al 28 de junio, en Lima.
El programa de capación es promovido por
la oficina de Imagen Institucional (OII) con la finalidad de mejorar las
competencias cognitivas y actitudinales de los participantes sobre los temas
propuestos para la CADE Universitario, así como fortalecer sus habilidades
blandas para potenciar su liderazgo.
La jornada se realizará el viernes 21 de
junio en el teatro Víctor Raúl Lozano Ibáñez, donde se presentará al equipo de
la UPAO con un programa integral que involucra el tema central y slogan de la
CADE Democracia somos todos, además
de intervenir en actividades vinculadas con valores e implicancias de
representar a la universidad trujillana.
Los estudiantes tendrán una sesión de
coaching relacionada con habilidades de comunicación, pensamiento estratégico y
toma de decisiones, y de gestión del tiempo y productividad, para culminar con
el saludo de la alta dirección de la UPAO..
Del campus Trujillo participarán Fátima

Furushio Arana (Ciencias de la Comunicación).
