Realiza el Día de la Responsabilidad Social para mejorar la calidad de vida de la comunidad orreguiana
Con el objetivo de difundir y fomentar de gestión ambiental, la cultura organizacional y la responsabilidad social en los estudiantes y docentes, el Programa de Estudio de Administración de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego (UPAO) realiza el Dia de la Responsabilidad Social.
Durante esta jornada académica, los docentes y estudiante expusieron sus propuestas para minimizar el impacto de la contaminación ambiental. La primera se denomina Benchmarking ambiental en el Programa de Estudio de Administración, como docentes responsables están Royer Mendoza Otiniano y Rosa Vidalón Moreno.
La segunda propuesta es un Plan de gestión ambiental del Programa de Estudio de Administración, a cargo de la docente Rosa Vidalón Moreno, y el tercer proyecto es el referido a Resultados de la evaluación de la cultura organizacional en el Programa de Estudio de Administración, dirigido por los docentes Heyner Márquez Yauri y Claudia Mori Ugarte.
Sobre el primer proyecto, los estudiantes explicaron que el objetivo es que las empresas evalúen y mejoren su desempeño ambiental. Posteriormente, implementen acciones para reducir su huella ambiental y cumplir con los objetivos de sostenibilidad.
Mientras que el Plan de gestión ambiental busca reducir el impacto ambiental en la UPAO y promover la conservación de los recursos naturales con la instalación de fotobiorreactores, basados en los proyectos Liquid 3 y Algae para absorber el dióxido de carbono y producir oxígeno.
Finalmente, el diagnóstico de la cultura organizacional arroja que se ha fortalecido a nivel de estudiantes, luego de proceso de difusión e internacionalización de la misión, visión y valores del programa de estudio. (APB-PRENSA UPAO)
