Sus proyectos de investigación alcanzaron estándares de calidad internacionales
La Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego (UPAO) ofrecerá un público reconocimiento a sus docentes que destacaron por sus trabajos de investigación científica. Así lo informó el Consejo Directivo.
Este reconocimiento institucional se dará a los investigadores orreguianos que realizaron publicaciones académicas de calidad en revistas indizadas y cuyos trabajos científicos fueron adjudicados con subvención externa, según lo indicado por el vicerrector de Investigación, el Dr. Luis Chang Lam.
Estos docentes han sido incorporados al Registro Nacional de Ciencias, Tecnología e Innovación Tecnológica (Renacyt), debido a que sus investigaciones cumplieron con los exigentes estándares de calidad nacionales e internacionales requeridos, alineados al modelo de acreditación institucional, establecido por el Sineace, y al de renovación de licenciamiento institucional, fijado por la Sunedu.
Los docentes Renacyt obtendrán una remuneración equivalente al de un docente ordinario de categoría principal y un contrato anual a tiempo completo o tiempo parcial, con ocho horas de carga lectiva, como coordinadores de asignaturas.
Además, se contemplan veinte horas de carga no lectiva para el investigador principal, y diez para el coinvestigador; diez horas de carga no lectiva para el desarrollo de proyectos FAIN y diez horas de carga no lectiva para la elaboración de artículos en revistas de Scopus o Web of Science.
Además, se contemplan reconocimientos a la producción científica de los docentes, con incentivos pecuniarios de 5000 soles para el mejor texto universitario, y de entre 1500 y 5000 soles para artículos publicados en las plataformas indizadas de Scopus o Web of Science, entre otras ventajas, como la ratificación docente y ascensos.
Con este acuerdo, el Consejo Directivo de la UPAO dio un paso decisivo y trascendental en el impulso del desarrollo de la investigación científica, humanística y tecnológica entre sus profesores. (CGG/RRC - PRENSA UPAO).
