Suscriben convenio para también conmemora el bicentenario de la primera corte de justicia del Perú republicano
La Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego
(UPAO) y la Corte Superior de Justicia de La Libertad (CSJLL) suscribieron un
convenio específico de colaboración interinstitucional de mutuo interés, para el afianzamiento de las aptitudes, habilidades y competencias de los
profesionales de ambas instituciones.
El acuerdo se suscribió en el marco de la
celebración del bicentenario de la instalación de la primera corte de justicia
del Perú republicano. Este compromete el desarrollo de actividades conmemorativas
en las áreas académica, de capacitación, investigación y de organización de eventos
e intercambio académico.
El documento en mención estipula también
que en la organización y desarrollo conjunto de las actividades académicas
participarán también como beneficiarios los estudiantes del Programa de Derecho, así como los egresados en las capacitaciones organizadas por el
Poder Judicial.
Al momento de suscribir el convenio, la
rectora orreguiana, la doctora Yolanda Peralta Chávez, destacó la importancia
del convenio que permitirá además, de desarrollo de actividades propias del
bicentenario, ejecutar proyectos de investigación y mejorar la formación
profesional de los futuros abogados egresados de la UPAO.
Por su parte, el presidente de la CSJLL,
el doctor Víctor Burgos Mariños, recordó sus tiempos de docente en esta casa de estudios superiores, y resaltó la perspectiva académica del convenio
suscrito en temas de investigación y creación del conocimiento, además del
sostenimiento de la calidad de la profesionalización de los estudiantes en las
distintas especialidades del derecho.
La rectora estuvo acompañada del director
del Programa de Derecho, el maestro Carlos Castañeda Ferradas, mientras que el ingeniero Elí Castillo Medina acompañó al presidente de la CSJLL en su calidad de
