Dice estudiante colombiana que realiza movilidad académica en Contabilidad
Mónica Alejandra Martin Poveda es una entusiasta estudiante de Contaduría Pública en la Universidad Central de Colombia. Sin embargo, ella se encuentra en nuestra ciudad realizando una estancia de semestre académico en la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego (UPAO).
“Cada semestre, mi universidad ofrece opciones para realizar movilidad académica, con la posibilidad elegir la institución universitaria a la que deseas asistir. Yo quise una experiencia distinta y única para mi vida profesional, conocer otra cultura, otro clima, inclusive otro país”, comenta.
Dice que ella quería ir a un país de Latinoamérica y así escogió a la UPAO. En primer lugar, lo hizo porque vio que el tema académico es muy completo para su carrera; segundo, porque le llamó mucho la atención toda la infraestructura; por último, también le agrado el lugar donde está ubicada la UPAO.
“Todo es genial, todo superó mis expectativas. Estoy muy a gusto con las personas, con los compañeros que están muy al pendiente, te ayudan y te explican cuando tienes alguna duda o dificultad”, dice sonriente.
En lo académico, considera que los profesores conocen muy bien los temas. Hay ocasiones, incluso, en que los docentes ejemplifican aspectos muy arraigados a la realidad peruana de tal forma que la estudiante de intercambio encuentre afinidad con la problemática colombiana, de modo que pueda entender con claridad.
Ella estudia Contabilidad y considera que, tomando en cuenta los problemas económicos de cada país, todos los conocimientos que está recibiendo serán de gran valor para su vida profesional futura.
“Estoy muy contenta de estar acá. Me llevaré muy lindos recuerdos de mi estancia en este país, en esta ciudad y en esta gran universidad”, dice emocionada. (CGG/RRC – PRENSA UPAO).
