Casi 300 personas fueron atendidas en esta oportunidad
Con la finalidad de favorecer a las familias de escasos recursos de Florencia de Mora, el Establecimiento de Salud de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego (UPAO) realizó el viernes 28 de octubre una gran campaña médica gratuita de salud en distintas especialidades.
El director del establecimiento, el médico Pablo Vigo Trigoso, informó que se atendieron a cerca de 300 personas de diferentes zonas de Florencia de Mora y los alrededores, quienes se inscribieron como usuarios de esta campaña, que estuvo vigente desde 8:00 a. m. hasta las 2:00 p. m.
Las consultas externas que se ofrecieron fueron en las especialidades de medicina general, medicina familiar, medicina interna, pediatría, cirugía, ginecología, oftalmología, urología, otorrinolaringología neurología. También hubo atención en los servicios adicionales de psicología, nutrición, rehabilitación, farmacia, laboratorio, rayos X, ecografía, entre otros.
Vigo Trigoso informó que la campaña fue gratuita en las consultas externas. Además, se previó un descuento de entre el 20 % y 30 % en cada servicio de apoyo al diagnóstico y de apoyo al tratamiento.
En esta jornada, los médicos especialistas, profesionales de la salud y administrativos se unieron en un esfuerzo digno de destacar, y ofrecieron una esmerada atención a los niños, jóvenes, adultos y adultos mayores de escasos recursos económicos de la localidad.
Cabe destacar que la campaña médica está enmarcada en el objetivo de responsabilidad social de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego (UPAO). (CGG/RRC – PRENSA UPAO).
