Con diplomas por su trabajo en construcción de cubiertas en el edificio del campus universitario
Los estudiantes del curso Seminario de
Investigación en Estructuras, del Programa de Estudio de Arquitectura,
recibieron una constancia de participación en un producto de aporte al diseño
arquitectónico de un edificio en el campus Trujillo de la Universidad Privada
Antenor Orrego (UPAO).
Se trata de un proyecto en el que, según
la responsable del curso, la Arq. Isabel Kobashigawa Saja, se diseñaron y construyeron
estructuras que ofrecen confort al edificio a través de unas cubiertas
colocadas en el techo del cuarto piso del edificio D del campus universitario.
El proyecto original supone la cubierta de
todo el cuarto piso, así como la construcción y colocación de dos paños, como una
estructura amigable que permite el acceso de luz solar y la protección de los
estudiantes frente a la radiación UV.
“Este es el resultado de un proceso de
investigación, pero también una parte de responsabilidad social de la carrera
profesional y la facultad, y ese es el motivo de la entrega de una constancia a
los jóvenes que han participado del proyecto”, informó.
La cubierta tiene una funcionalidad cuando
la incidencia solar es alta, pues hace más tolerable el tránsito de los
estudiantes y docentes, y es un piloto que se vincula con la salud, ante la
elevada radiación que afronta Trujillo en épocas de calor.
